1. Fixed Schedule & Location / 固定日期与地点
Participants must follow the fixed date, designated campsite location, and scheduled time arranged by WOW Vacay. All experiences are on a first-come, first-served basis due to limited glamping facilities.

2. Companion Limit / 同行人数限制
Each participant may bring up to two (2) family members or friends to join the experience.

3. Registration Details / 注册资料
All visitors must provide full name and identification number (IC/Passport) for RV park and glamping registration and insurance purposes.

4. Advance Booking / 提前预约
Bookings must be made at least 7 to 14 days in advance, subject to availability and confirmation by the organizer.

5. Meals / 餐饮安排
Meals are not included in the free day trip. Participants may bring their own food and snacks.

6. Beverages / 饮品供应
Only drinking water, coffee, and tea will be served on-site.

7. Safety & Personal Belongings / 安全与个人物品
Participants are responsible for their own safety and belongings. WOW Vacay shall not be liable for any loss, injury, or damage during the trip.

8. Weather & Schedule Changes / 天气与活动变更
In case of bad weather or unforeseen circumstances, WOW Vacay reserves the right to reschedule, postpone, or cancel the event with prior notice.

9. Photography & Media Consent / 摄影与媒体授权
By joining the event, participants agree that WOW Vacay may take photos or videos during the experience for promotional purposes.

10. Health Declaration / 健康声明
Participants should ensure they are in good health and fit for outdoor activities. Those with medical conditions should inform the organizer in advance.
